After a year and a half of limited exercise and perhaps less tasting and trying, we can look forward to a freer world again. A new world. In which we may travel less, be more caring for our planet, think globally but act locally, take fewer things for granted, hopefully be more brotherly and sisterly, listen to each other more patiently, be more open to other opinions, collectively averse to differences in color, gender and beliefs. . A world in which there is more room for new flavors, surprising creations and a fresh look at other cuisines – when we talk about the new culinary era.
