We close this last edition of magaZiNe 2022 with the theme of inclusivity. More than ever, food is a universal connector and inclusivity fits perfectly with the catering industry. A industry that must be a place for everyone (including hospitality experience), a place that connects and brings together. It doesn't matter how old you are, where you come from, or what gender you identify with. It's all about the feeling of belonging and making a difference together. Feeling welcome. Enriching differences also means being open to other chefs, other (food) cultures, being curious about each other and looking for other ideas and customs.
