We want more, more and more vegetable inspiration. Because the vegetable (r)evolution is only in its early stages. We know that we should eat more vegetables. Because that's good for the planet we've, um, fucked up so much. We know that vegetables should be on our plates in large portions, because that is good for our bodies. And we know that our relationship with animals must quickly take a different turn to prevent new (viral) disasters in the future. But how do you do that? How do vegetables become as appealing as a T-bone steak or Italian ice cream? By continually shedding new light on vegetables, by using vegetables creatively again and again. By letting them shine instead of hiding them away. There are hundreds of ways. We highlight some – perhaps less common and therefore extra inspiring – in this edition.
